Together with the marketing team I tested, launched and promoted editorial products.

I implemented new products & concepts, successfully tested by the German partner VNR Verlag fur die Deutsche Wirtschaft – in Germany, France, USA. I adapted for Romania market the marketing projects that were successfully tested in Germany.

I developed the specifications for the company’s first software dedicated to client DB Management.

We organized the system for monitoring the results from marketing campaigns in order to enable later results analysis through computer. I mean, mainly, an original coding system that was never changes until today.

I organized the first telemarketing campaigns for subscriptions renewal in and subsequently, the first fulfillment operations.

Directly involvement in campaigns: copywriting, letter shop, post deliveries.

Organizing PR events: press releases, company launching, products launching.

 
 
 
  Special achievements:
  • Launching successful editorial products, absolutely new on the Romania market: The looseleaf Adviser Collection, business files, printed Turnkey Businesses, paid newsletters, consulting services by phone and through value coupons. All these products were realized with the valuable contribution of the German partner, on the basis of its experience accumulated through constant presence in the international market.
  • Preparing and running the first direct marketing campaigns in Romania, by implementing the knowhow provided by the German partner, VNR Verlag für die Deutsche Wirtschaft.
  • Rentrop & Straton is the first company that lauched on the market the „bill me later” system, for its editorial products.
  • A company organized on Profit Centers was among the newest concepts on the Romania markert in . This concept was first brought to us by the German partner. But the actual marketing orientation and structure of our Profit Centers was based on my proposal and I’m very proud that were accepted.
  • Participating into the Online orientation of the marketing strategy. Running some pioneering online marketing activities in Romania such as: Emailing, AdWords, Landing page. 
  • Puting into operation, as planned, at st of January the Call Center. Rentrop & Straton is the first publishing house in Romania having its own Call Center, using telemarketing for selling its products.
  • Original coding system development for product and services, together with afferent products and services classification, still valid for the next years..
  • Designing the set of rules on which is based the sistem of formal communication within company. The main purpose I built such system is productivity raising and suppression of causes generating communication problems.
  • Designing of % of the forms used today.
  • Both efficient relationship and cross control between departments  in order to avoid time and money losses.
  • Maintaining a Team Spirit as main element of Rentrop & Straton Organizational Culture. I organize team buildings, I train permanently people. I always cultivated concern for rigor, responsability, performance and open communcation especially regarding company objectives, strategies, action plans.
