. HRIS Project
In Jang Group, I am leading a section of HRIS Human Resource Information System. The main responsibilities are
for maintaining the all kind of employee related data for whole Jang Group that covering more then employees.
Preparing policies and procedures for systemize all activities of all employees of JANG Group. Preparing and
implementing all policies, reengineering of business processes and procedures by designing different template and
comprehensive system. Involve with higher management for preparing procedures for detail ERP of HCMS. Involve
in Recruitment of Technical positions, Trainings of staff, Training evaluations, preparing organograms of
departments, Salary compensation and other benefits, and working on employee performance management system.

. CURIO Human Resource Management System
Curio is a system that covers all HR activities of a HR department. I designed this system due to my domain
knowledge of HR and provided to different organization. I designed this system after providing my HR Consultancy
to different organizations and then all policies and procedures converted in this system with a lot of features. This
system covers all activities of HR department like Recruitment, Employee Hiring, Training, Job Analysis, Separation,
Performance Appraisal, Leaves and Salary information etc. My major responsibilities were to design this
comprehensive system and developed it by my development team in latest tools, sharing knowledge of HR functions
with clients’ and implemented HR functions and policies in organizations. I also fully involved in designing the
brochure, brand management, marketing, presentations, consultancy, implementation, and training and after sales
services. Major clients are Sheraton Hotel & Towers, International Industries Limited, Dawlance group of
companies. Four companies of Dawlance Group, HUM TV, Bayer Pakistan, Trakker Car Security and Trakker

. CLICK – Payroll System
CLICK is a system that covers all activities of Payroll department and I designed it due to my depth domain
knowledge of Payroll activities. This system handles different functions that are related to employee salaries,
deductions, earnings and automated tax with government laws and its more users friendly. This system covers
employee other benefits on just clicks like Arrears, Loans, Leaves, Gratuity, Overtime, Provident Fund Accounting,
EOBI, SESSI/PESSI and Final Settlement. I provided the consultancy and defined procedures, processes and
designed it for end users to use payroll on just clicks. My major responsibilities were to design this comprehensive
system and developed it by my development team in latest tools, sharing knowledge of Payroll functions and
processing with clients’. I also fully involved in designing the brochure, brand management, marketing, presentations,
consultancy, implementation, training and after sales services. Major clients are Sheraton Hotel & Towers,
International Industries Limited IIL, HUM TV, Bayer Pakistan, Hilton Pharma.
. eStaffing – Web Portal
eStaffing is a portal of Recruitment section. It consist both section Applicant section and employer section. Due to my
domain knowledge, I designed this application for different organization. It covers all hiring process from Job
requisition to final hiring. The major features were detailed applicant form, user friendly filter for short listing, tests,
interviews, management of interviews details and panels, maintain complete history of all hiring process of individual
applicant, creating of test/interviews lists, creation of offer letters etc. My major responsibilities were to design this
application and developed by my technical team. Designing brochures brand management, marketing, presentations,
consultancy, implementation, training etc.
All above applications were very flexible, they can be use separately and also all these applications were integrated
with each other, with the name of ERPHCMS. This ERP was also integrated with Time Management system and
financial System for Accounts department.

MILESTONE Solutions was the sister company of Interflow communications. During my tenure I was totally
involved in analysis of internal systems of interflow like HR/Payroll systems, Job Systems, reports designing of
Accounts/Finance systems. I also developed a comprehensive HR system in Ms Access as per their requirement.
My major responsibilities were to analysis of system, meetings with end users and development team, designing
CFDs, DFDs for development team and end users. Preparing Functional Specification report to cover all aspects of

This software is developed in Microsoft Access and it includes different modules related to Human Resource
Management. It has modules related to Employee Hiring, Employee information, Training, Appraisal, Increments and
Separation, etc. This system also has a very large Reports module that covers all modules reports.
I was involved in the analysis development, testing, implementation and training of this software and managed the
team of software engineers. This system implemented more the reputed organizations like:
Shell Pakistan, IBM Pakistan, Novartis Pharma, KAPCO, Rousch Power Plant, Reckit & Colman, SSGC,
Glaxo Wellcome, Engro Chemicals, ECIL Engineering Consultant, MOTIF Leather Industries, ESBI
Muller & Phipps and Muhammad Shafi Tanneries etc.

This software is developed in Microsoft Access and it includes different modules related to Employee Salary and
Salary Groups. This software handles different functions that are related to Taxation, Provident Fund, Allowances,
Deductions, Arrears, Incentives, Loans, Leaves, Gratuity, Overtime and Commission. This software also comprises of
Comprehensive Reports such as the Payroll Slip, Reconciliation, Taxation and Loan, etc. I had been working along
with a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals. I was involved in system designing, development, testing
and training of this software and managing the team of software engineers. This system implemented more the
reputed organizations like:
