of relations with Key clients, Distributors and Super markets.
• Plan and execute strategies for optimization of distribution network, managing channel
conflicts, Improve investment levels of trade partners, formulation and implementation of pricing
norms in consultation with the Country Manager.
• To evaluate all the portfolio from time to time, setting up new quality standard, packing,
price, promotion etc. Continuous study of competitive products and market research to
identify new business opportunities.
• Continuously monitoring nationwide goods consumption pattern and interact overseas
business counterparts on reorder level, reorder quantities, and bargain on rates and
monitoring supply schedules.
• Close coordination with both finance and logistic dept. to meet up their bill remittance
targets, reordering goods, accounts reconciliation, updated costing, feedbacks about
customer’s payments, import documentations, shipment schedules, goods arrival schedule,
diversions of goods to various warehouses, insurance etc.
• Constant Monitoring of manpower resource including recruitment, salary negotiation,
training, and performance appraisal of Sales staff, and optimization of the use of available
resources.
• Education and training of branch employees on product and ensuring this is cascaded
