Key responsibilities and accomplishments include:
• Planning and implementing public relations, marketing, graphic design, social media and broadcast
communications campaigns that have earned ECI international recognition for dozens of clients
over the past two decades.
• Identifying potential clients; conducting new business presentations; directing the development of
creative, technical and financial proposals; closing new business and executing contracts.
• Developing strategic public relations, social media, marketing, broadcast communications, graphic
design and advertising campaigns, managing implementation and measuring results.

• Founding and managing The Broadcast Center, a national division of the company, to provide
broadcast communications for clients nationwide and increase the profitability of the D.C. office.
• Staffing and managing The Broadcast Center sales team, conducting new business presentations,
hiring outside subcontractors, writing proposals and contracts, managing budgets, and serving as
the liaison with TBC clients.
• Overseeing the development of marketing materials for both MDS/PRA Group Washington and
The Broadcast Center for use with potential clients, including brochures and videos.

• Providing traditional public relations services for Gray and Company clients, including writing
