Worked with DCM Group of Schools as Wing Coordinator representative of HR Team and English Teacher from July to October . Visit D.C. Montessori SMART School: Achievements at DCM Group: Kick started the culture of recognitions award giving sessions, talent hunts etc. Assisted the Chairman of School as a content writer for a book on Parenting and Values in Education. Graded and selected the Educational material in close coordination with teachers of the school. Initiated and established high level and influential contacts for DCM Group development Minister of Education etc. Designed and executed upgrading school infrastructure.
In the capacity of Wing Coordinator representative of HR Team and English Teacher, I was responsible for: Managing broad range of HR functions in my organization example: HRMS management, Personnel file management, HR Policy development, employee screening /hiring/orientation and staff training etc. Conducting inservice development programs for the employees.
