Manage all human resource administration for this nonprofit human service agency with employees
in NY, NJ and PA providing strategic direction and heavy process improvement. Heavy recruitment,
employee relations, HRIS implementation and benefit administration. Oversee compliance with OPWDD
Regulations, , implement drug testing, EAP, self insured plans for all sites. Coordinate training needed for
regulations and compliance.

Provide wide array of human resources consulting services on site and off site. Provide consulting services
by auditing HR practices, developing needs assessment; build HR infrastructures, handbooks, policies and
procedures, performance management systems. Proven ability to partner with senior management in order
to integrate Human Resource functions within business. Manage startups and restructure existing HR
departments Guide management on problem solving, employee relations issues and labor law compliance.
Heavy long term contract recruitment assignments which entail developing recruitment strategies and
materials, identify candidate profiles, perform sourcing, target competitive companies, conduct resume
searches, generate candidates, screen and qualify talent, refer talent to hiring manager, coordinate
interviews, prepare offers, check reference and provide new hire orientations

recommended changes in recruiting, sourcing, and advertising strategies. Reallocated workload in
department in order to save from hiring additional support staff, updated HRIS system and
implemented self insured benefits plans, oversaw flexible spending plans, b, workers comp
and disability plans.
