Workforce Planning Analyst
• Assist in forecasting workforce demand for different business units.
• Assist in conducting and analyzing the supply and demand to identify gaps.
• Assist in identifying and developing strategies to mitigate the gaps
• Provide input to the workforce planning process and assist in enhancing/revising the
process
• Conduct research on workforce planning best practices.

Human Resources Planning Analyst
• Coordinates and administers the human resources planning function.
• Works with Managers to identify short and long term human resource needs to resolve
discrepancies and disputes as required.
• Documents and manages the annual Work Force Plan report, as well as the periodic
updates.
• Coordinates and ensures the information flows between the Work Force Plan and line
management, the Budgeting group, the Operations Effectiveness function, the Recruitment
as well as Compensation areas.
• Works with the Business hiring managers to develop job profiles and hiring strategies to result in a
job posting and advertising
• Provides backup support to the Compensation Analyst. Preparing Salary Recommendations,
helping in the Job evaluation and writing Job Description.

Human Resources Administrator
• Prepare and maintain all workforces planning documentation, including organization charts,
quarterly reports and Yemenization plan.
• Involve in Planning Manpower.
• Update Manpower outlook in Lotus Notes in preparation of annual workforce plan
• Coordinate workforce plan activities including gathering and verification of data from the managers
• Assist in generating monthly report such as Head count report and yearend statistical
reports on the Company workforce.
