across Europe by outsourcing to a rd party vendor. Created all In Scope application lists by driving
communications with the European Country Leads and gaining approval by reducing over
applications to , with cost savings in excess of $ Million.
• Developed a Records Management Strategy within the Equality and Human Rights Commission,
where none existed, whilst implementing an electronic online system to all UK offices. Established and
trained a Key User network of , ensuring they also understood the best practices of Records
Management.
• Trained and deployed two Regulatory systems across Europe and Asia Pacific within a four month
deadline. Previous relationships developed with Wyeth Country Leads and Directors ensured
attendance at training workshops and full commitment to the new processes and procedures would be

• Developed and implemented an Educational Call Centre in Mauritius, which involved online tutorials for
MBA and CIMA accreditation. An Operations Manager and Staff were recruited and technical

Backfill for Senior Manager and responsible for delivering an As Is/To Be Process Map, within the pre
planning phase of an SAP Migration and Deployment for Spain and Portugal.
• Managing the Stakeholder Engagement with Business Technology Directors in Spain and Portugal
• Working with Management and Technical experts to analyse and map the information relating to
Spain and Portugal In Scope applications and interfaces to technical architecture documentation
• Deliverables included: As Is Spreadsheet, Visio Process Flow showing potential In Scope
applications and interfaces for migration to SAP and a Cost Model for potential development of
interfaces
July to July Pfizer Pharmaceuticals
Position Project Manager
Initially a three month role expanded into six months, reporting to Director of Programmes. Managed the
review and approval of Pfizer and Wyeth applications throughout Europe and advised which applications
would be in scope for new European Support Model. Responsible for communications to Stakeholders
and management of the change control process to ensure that all relevant documentation was completed
and approved by December .
The role of Deputy to the Programme Manager for Decommissioning of applications commenced in
January.
• Deputy to the Decommissioning Workstream Programme Manager and responsible for the
management of six European countries production of the relevant documentation for
decommissioning applications/systems
