As the Lethality TFT Coordinator/Program Manager I provide support to the Government Lethality TFT coordinator, the Technical Staff Officer TSO, and various core Lethality Technology Focus Team TFT members located throughout the United States. I provide technical, programmatic, & administrative support to the Lethality TFT and work closely with the ARL Office of the Director ODIR & TFT leadership to develop & implement RDECOMwide technology portfolios that in concert with other TFTs & the RDECOM TFT/SID business model. I analyze and evaluate programs,  interpret requirements and identify project/program challenges, I have forged an outstanding working relationship with the various RDEC's and work and communicate, both orally and in writing, with senior Army, DoD, industry, academic, and international managers.  

I have provided direct support to the various RDEC organizations in response to the annual Technology Planning Workshop where numerous Lethality projects where both displayed and briefed to both Government SES and Army command officers. Designed and implemented CSC’s first ever Global xx Security and Compliance Monitoring Service geared to the monitoring of live security events, Intrusion Detection Systems IDS and security analysis/reporting in the global enterprise networks of CSC clients. Managed a man team of engineers and security analysts who helped to define requirements, identify and mitigate network and sensor risks, researched IDS technologies, provided sensor installation and problem resolution, as well as x global sensor monitoring / digital forensics, communication installation, and physical security testing. Provided security policy guidance and reporting techniques that aided in the detection and resolution of attempted network intrusions. This challenging position involved evaluating numerous intrusion threats, detection systems and boundary applications, monitoring effectiveness in identifying audit trails and attack signatures in near realtime. Clients include; DuPont North America, DuPont Europe, Conoco Oil, CSC Global Network Security, EDS, and United Technologies Corporation.
