in Apr as the Regional Director South. Managing the Facility Management
Division spread over Mn. Sq. feet in the States of Kerala, Karnataka,
Tamil Nadu, Goa and an overseas location at Colombo, providing Facility
Management services to more than Clients comprising of Corporates,
Developers and Individuals in the Indian industrial, office, retail
and leisure and residential sectors. At IPM&SL, I am responsible

Prior to working at
Colliers International, I worked for two years at a Pvt. Ltd. Facility
Management Company, Facility Management Solutions Group. The Group
had a turnover of about mn. INR. I headed this company as the Vice
President and was reporting to the M.D. My job was to lead the company
from front and was responsible for DG sets renting, operation and maintenance
of Smoke detectors, Fire alarm systems, CCTV, Access control, Housekeeping,
Security, Catering, HR, Finance and Accounts, Formulation of company
policies, liaison with local Govt authorities, Marketing etc. The Group’s
total staff strength was about . During this tenure, I handled Facilities
for reputed IT companies, BPO’s, Govt. organizations, Banks etc. To
name a few – Convergy’s, Adobe systems,, Xansa, SBI Academy, Bechtel
India, Delphi air, Ircon International etc.

the comprehensive Facilities Management of a gated township with modern
amenities, spread over about acres of land comprising of over
fully furnished airconditioned villas of international standards for
Expatriate and Indian Officers along with an Office Complex for about
Officers, a Hospital, a School, a Cafeteria and a Guest House. I
was responsible for the setup, repairmaintenance and upkeep of the
entire residential complex within the projected monetary forecasts.
Here I also looked after two Restaurants, two clubs, transport, travel,
and embassy related jobs, Visas, Supermarket, Laundry, Security and
Stores.
