the marketing and disposition of REO properties, including undeveloped land, retail properties and small office
buildings. Obtained listing agreements with Gwinnett Community Bank and Patriot Bank of Georgia for the
disposition of two retail properties. Created a market analysis, asset valuation and marketing strategy for each
property. Solicited offers from purchasers, evaluated offers, negotiated offers/contracts directly with the respective
Bank President and buyer. Prepared and submitted monthly marketing reports to each Bank.
