    At its launch in I was the sole proprietor of the business, and thus was responsible for all the day to day running of this small, rapidly expanding real estate company.     Supervising a team of call centre advisors in an ultra modern, high capacity call centre I helped implement and achieve team, local and national targets, was responsible for the advancement of my team and the roll out of new product and sales training techniques. I was also the designated IT support for our entire floor + people and dealt with all user issues related to PC and telephone hardware and software.
