control,recruitment,staff training including HACCP and day to day food
preperation and service.
KINGS HEAD RESTAURANT LLANDUDNO,NORTH
Head chef part owner of small but popular local eatery.All produce used
was fresh and locally sort.

Duties included kitchen design,recruitment of multi national kitchen
and waiting staff,menu planning,weekly stock control,staff training
in food hygeine and food preperation and service in a seater restaurant.

Joined the restaurant as head chef and eventually became proprioter
of this typical spanish finca serving international cuisine.Unfortunatley
the restaurant closed due to the financial crisis in spain.
