I am working at a project that includes studying for a "waitress and seller in touristic, commercial places" diploma, while working on the aimed position to qualify in, at Sergiana Center of Brasov, wich is part of Sergiana Group. Sergiana Grup is a company consisting in various restaurants, large halls, wineries and pubs meant to hosting diverse events wedding, Christianizing, anniverseries parties, conferences, as well as daily service of both, locals and tourists.

Responsibilities:

Setting miseenplaces within the hosting halls, setting and completing buffets Swedish Buffets for conferences, or for partial buffetbased service in the case of fruits arrangement and service, participating within organized, and hosted events with complete service at guests tables during the event.

Achievements:

Participating for Christianizing parties within an alternative restaurant Rothmans Bar&Restaurant; about conferences, wedding parties, one Christianizing party within Sergiana Grup.

Company activity field : The company counts one bakery, one bakery&takeaway, two kiosks, and this year is enlarging with opening one more bakery outside of the touristic area. It counts more than employees.

Responsibilities:

Achievements:

bringing business developping and insideorganizational related ideas, working independently and interdependently, trainningwhileworking and organizing the new staff on the way of interdependent work.

As an aftermath of my work within this company, my outcomes consist in learning to read, write, underS.d and speak Greek, underS.ding and bringing novatory ideas in business ' development, in economical crisis circumS.ces, related to decreasing the costs with the staff and working points consumables, while keeping and/or increasing the working effdiciency. e.g procuring cheaper, along with the same priced, of same or similar quality, products of the same brand, resulting in a smaller,final selling price; diversity has stayed at the base of the idea; trainning the staff in the way of learning to do everything , including inshop and kitchen work, as well as cashholding so that everybody could help everywhere; interdependent work staff to know in which way and where to intercome on busy hours; decreasing the costs with the staff salaries, being needed persons on a shift for the entire shift, instead of one person executing one task at a time. Enlarging the business with opening a new bakery including a takeaway profile, there where within the fullseason, the busy hours include less orders of baked products, they may include products of takeaway such as "souvlaki"prepared with grill meat, or hot sandwitches, burgers; as well: producing the baked products in the busier bakery for the both bakeries so that expenses with the consumables are kept as lowest as possible. Increasing the income at least one more time than with one bakery on the market, plus having an income at least if not proffit during the unoccuppied period of the season, creating a "name" advertising purpose are the outcomes of the latter idea..

Company activity field : The company is a chain of hotels including more than hotels along the southern Famagusta coastal area, and more than employees. Their activity varries from catering, to properties develoment and financial investment.

Responsibilities:
