Management, Fleet Management, Surplus Property Management, HR, IT and many other services
to the State of Oregon and not for profit organizations. DAS is transforming into a new
Entrepreneurial Business Model to offer choice, better cost control and service levels to its
customers. I worked as part of the Director’s Office in the Office of Business and Organizational
Development in facilitating this change initiative by doing analysis for Organizational HR design,
Financial Analysis, Survey Analysis and Training Program Development
• Conducted organizational assessment with key stakeholders through personal interviews to
analyze the changes needed in the organizational structure of each department
• Conducted financial analysis to assess the stability of each program to identify possible
opportunities to offer choice to customers to enhance the levels of service that DAS provided.

• Mapped the business processes for various tax programs using MS Visio by interviewing
stakeholders in each step
• Conducted a study of the process in which the number of mails that comes to the department is
counted and estimated. The department receives more than , pieces of mail a day during
season and it is important to estimate the numbers by looking at them visually to estimate the
amount of parttime workers required for the week. Improved the accuracy by % and identified a
flaw in the system that once fixed, ensured accuracy.
• Evaluated the feasibility of a project to automate the diverted output and garnishment process
by interviewing interagency stakeholders and conducting a costbenefit analysis
Supply Chain Operations Analyst PartTime

PepsiCo Distribution Center in Salem, OR distributed bottled beverages to all the vending
machines and stores in the Salem area using trucks and trailers. The objective of the project was
to maximize the profits of vending machines covered by the distribution center by optimizing the
product mix of each machine.

identify the fraud review actions that cost resources and the points where fraud was committed
