  • Execute key initiatives and implementation of systems relating to theft, fraud, operational accountability, safety and environmental compliance in all stores across all regions.
  • Track metrics like shrinkage at distribution center and stores and taking corrective actions to tighten loss prevention.
  • Modify Loss prevention plan to protect against repeat occurrences of loss events.
  • Set and evaluate KRA/KPI’s for subordinate positions
  • Identify team training needs to transfer knowledge over Loss Prevention policies etc.
