My role included meeting and greeting customers, keeping the shop floor clean and tidy, giving
customer’s advice when needed and preparing for the busy sale period.

Spar – Sleaford
My role included preparation of food, health and safety, dealing with customers, and
always making sure the work area was clean and tidy at all times.
March – September
Thomas Cook Overseas Representative
My role overseas was to ensure that my customers had a stress free and enjoyable
holiday. I had to transport customers to and from the airport, deal with complaints, sell
excursions and complete paperwork.
November – February
Turnbull Purchase Ledger Clerk
My role as a purchase ledger clerk was to input invoices onto a data base and deal with suppliers.
I had to answer the company telephone and deal with customers, suppliers and answer any
questions they may have. I also had to do any other duties required by my manager, including
filing, typing letters, sending emails and reception dutites.
