    Niscayah, Inc., Woburn, MA     April – November

    Project Manager Fire & Security systems

    Work with Customer Service team to manage Niscayah customer accounts. Answer calls from multi location customers TJX companies, Borders, KFC, Sprint, etc. to arrange test, service and trouble calls. Contact Niscayah Subcontractors to negotiate service rates and schedule work needed in their areas. Enter customer & service ticket data into customer database. Manage all of the Fire Protection accounts in U.S. for the team; ensure service or maintenance is completed in a timely manner & according to NFPA code. Assist Subcontractors & customers by phone with troubleshooting & programming life safety equipment. Attend regular progress meetings with team and customers in person or via conference call. Implement ways to help Niscayah cut cost to regain revenue, as well as strategies and documentation to help subcontractors understand Niscayah Policies & expectations. 

    Protection One, Westwood, MA    October – March

    Fire & Security Alarm Technician

    Conducted fire alarm & security alarm inspections in both residential and commercial settings. Regularly performed installations and troubleshooting on fire alarm, security systems, and CCTV, DVR systems and building controls and access systems. Directly worked with customers in person and over the telephone on a daily basis. Would answer customer’s questions throughout the day, as well in emergency situations and after hour’s service calls.

    Assigned a given number of fire inspections for the month. Contacted customers in advanced to schedule tests dates and times. Contacted fire departments to give notice of said inspection as needed. Answered any questions or issues the customers may have. Compiled written reports of inspections, noted whether buildings were up to code and/or if any repairs needed to be done. Coordinated testing schedules with building & maintenance personnel. Trained new employees on company policies. Conducted training sessions to inspection and service teams on programming, testing, & maintenance of various types of fire alarm panels.

    Fire Alarm Technician  

    Tested, serviced, installed, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems in commercial and residential buildings in Boston & surrounding suburbs. Familiar with various types of Fire Alarm Panels i.e. Cerberus Siemens, Simplex, Notifier, FCI, Firelite, etc.. Performed Sprinkler System and Dry System Tests.
