June Employed at the Dohuck Gas and Power Station to close
the project down. Responsible: for security of clients, perimeter security
manned by Peshmerger troops, access control and PSD operations
and management. The production of weekly and monthly reports, close
liaison with Mass Global Investment Group and other companies who own
and run the power station.

Southern Iraq: Control Risks April
Feb . Initially
managing armed protection teams in support of BP operations in Iraq
then moved to control major operations, Exxon, Slumberger and BP Operations
in Iraq as well as many shortterm commercial contracts. Responsible
for the daytoday operations and tasks involving armed protection teams.
Tasks include operations, administration, logistic support, welfare,
management and oversight of training of over personnel. Building
the contract up to the required BP standard for audit, CR was awarded
the contract. Maintenance of this standard and improvement through the
instigation of routine and procedures has led to increased efficiency
and smooth running of a large and complicated undertaking.
Protection Officer: Control Risks Basra December
to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Basra. Providing Close
Protection to all diplomatic staff at the British Embassy and securing
their safety whilst in Iraq. Firstly employed as a team member of the
Consul General, Head of Mission Mr Richard Jones, Close Protection
Team. Later employed as Quartermaster, whilst in this post I have been
responsible for creating a complete set of accounts’ for inventory,
issuing, keeping transparent audit trails including the maintenance
of these items, when needed acting as a close protection office. Charged
with managing the FCO vehicles fleet, the UK Civilian Police’s, weapons,
Ammunition and a multitude of security tasks.
Control Risks, Iraq May June
employed in Baghdad as a Close Protection Operator to the British Embassy,
then employed on a Major Oil project for the US Government in Iraq and
being responsible for providing all logistical support for mobile protection
teams with over $ of equipment. Including: B armoured vehicles, weapons,
ammunitions and personal protection equipment. I was responsible for
the risk assessment of all freight and life support road movements,
recommended the appropriate levels of mitigation for each convoy. Whilst
in this post I have achieved the successful construction of an accounting
system, under US Government FAR , regulations, for all equipment,
which is now used by all the logistics groups within Control Risks.
I produced a set of Standard Operational Procedures, which is now used
on all US Government contract within Control Risks.
