Responsible for the pre flight or Vessel transfer safety briefings, this includes passenger
management with regard to both air and sea transportation.
Use the “Vantage” and “ATS” personnel tracking system, to record personnel movements and
track both Survival and Medical certification ensuring personnel informed of expiry dates at least
weeks in advance of due date.
Update related processes and procedures where necessary in conjunction with the OSC.
Allocation and control of emergency T cards for all personnel movements, preparing, and
allocation of cabins emergency muster stations and lifeboats. Lists of personnel’s shift patterns
and assigned emergency duties must be monitored. Keep Emergency /Control Room Muster
Board up to date with personnel assigned to key emergency duties. Ensure that All Emergency
team members know theirs duties. Contact HSE for detailed information.
Passengers Check in on arrivals & secure mobile phones, and record medication carriers for
Medic.
Passengers Checkout on departure, issuing and manifesting mobile phones.
. Provide new visitors to the platform with a safety induction.
. Introduce all new arrivals to OIM for briefing.
Maintain and update the T card stations located in Accommodation and at Lifeboat Secondary
muster points
. Update and manage the computer database for the control and allocation of cabins muster points
and emergency duties, keeping management updated when changes occur.

Assistance to KCAD HR and Training Departments with regard to any employee issues. Liaise with
the Human Resources Department KCAD for replacements in the event of crew shortages.
Maintain files on personnel training, holiday requests and sickness. Control of Time
Sheets and of Overtime Sheets. Liaise with accounting with regard to salary, overtime and etc.

Book all personnel due to leave the platform on a helicopter flight liaising with operational
and Group support personnel. Aviation and Onshore Transportation arrangements for
KCAD personnel and Vendors.

Assistance to HSE Advisor and Materials man in planning, conduction of presentations,
other organizational and daily routine work concerning software and documents,
paperwork issues. Maintain and operate stock control system. Ensure reorder of
consumables on minimum levels.

Allocate beds to Group drilling personnel on board and maintain records of same.
Document control mainly control and record of equipment certificates. Record all hours
worked by each crew member. Fill out on a daily basis POB Sheet and any other time

Attend all meetings and additional training, as may be required.

appropriate signatures are obtained and that the permits are returned when work finished
or cancelled.
