Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Selection:
• Compiled job specification according to line managers requirements
• Draw up advertisements and handled all advert response
• Shortlisted candidates based on job specifications
• Conducted competency based interviews
• Carried out reference & credit checks on short listed candidates
• Compiled interview and selection reports for management
• Placed candidates in accordance with the company’s EE policy
On boarding of new personnel:
• Compiled new employee checklists and handbook

Human Resource Management:
