As the HR representative, I’m responsible to attend to their queries, process the employee’s request i.e., leave request, bank letters, immigration documents and some other life cycle transactions. Aside from the administration related works, I’m as well tasked to ensure that employees follow the company’s existing rules and regulations, advise supervisors and managers regarding people issues, compensation and benefits related concerns, employee development and applications of the Qatari Labor Law in the employment setting. Working at Qatar has enabled me as well to be familiar with the existing Qatari Labor Law and immigration procedures and processes.  

Currently, I’m working for a Singapore Headquartered recruitment consulting company primarily dealing with overseas placement in Qatar.
