Description: I got an overview of the working of the HR department during my internship. I got an opportunity to understand the Recruitment policy followed at Bajaj Allianz. I was given the responsibility of maintaining the attendance tracker of the employees. I also did gradewise filing of documents and locationwise arrangement of the salary slips.
I also did "ON THE JOB TRAINING" during my internship. I was made responsible for the recruitment of Business Development Manager BDM and Insurance Sales Officer ISO for the Direct Marketing Channel DMC. Under this I shortlisted, called and scheduled candidates for the post of BDM and ISO Insurance Sales Officer.I also initiated the recruitment process for Branch Manager and maintained the master database for DMC.I did comparative analysis of different Insurance Companies.
I also did excessive calling for data verification and updating of the employees and maintained a tracker for the same.
During my internship I came to know that the working environment at BALIC is very cordial and the relationship between the superiors and the subordinates is very healthy. The communication process at BALIC should be made more effective through constant feedback from the employees.
