My professional career experience consists of management at UPS in a corporate recruiting and operational capacity, account executive / regional recruiting management experience with Health Care Services Group Inc., senior recruiter at InVisionHr, and operating my current project and company called Next Job Today.  Working for two fortune companies in a competitive fast pace environment has given me the tools to be a valued employee in any business setting.  I believe to be an effective part of any business team one must be a people person, able to handle pressure in tough situations, able to communicate well, goal oriented and able to take available resources to accomplish assigned goals.  As an independent business owner, corporate recruiter, and supervisor with in two fortune companies I exemplify all skills mentioned above.

InVisionHR is a recruiting firm that specializes in the placement of professionals across a wide range of industries including healthcare, energy, and finance.   I was hired for a month recruiting assignment and was able to implement a new system as well as train entry level recruiters to ensure the success of their organization. 

HEALTH CARE SERVICES GROUP

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

May – July  

As an account executive my responsibilities include budget control and project support for facilities that are funded by Medicare and Medicaid as well as in charge of all day to day operations excluding nursing.  My duties also include all accounting, employment of all staff and ensuring that each facility was in accordance with state regulations.   

Regional Recruiting Manager

During my tenure at Health Care Services Group I served as the regional recruiting manager.  This position consists of hiring and training future managers, district managers, and regional managers.  I was in charge of finding talented professionals, developing their operational skills, and maintaining strong relationships for future growth.

SUPERVISOR/Corporate Recruiter

October – December  

I worked at UPS for two months as a package handler.  I was then promoted to supervisor where I learned many of the skills that have helped me succeed in business, school and life.  As part of the management team I was involved in every facet of daily operations.  I formulated business plans which included employee hours, production, package volume as well as many other indices of the operation.  I was in charge of a team consisting of to people that unloaded merchandise and sorted it to the correct destinations.  I was also in charge of payroll and records for my employees.   

HR Training Manager / Corporate Recruiter

In March of I was promoted to HR training manager / Corporate Recruiter.  In this position my team developed a form of the ERI program or Employee Relation Index which was a program that insured UPS and its management team was providing a safe and positive working environment.  I was in charge of finding new talent that we could promote through the ranks at an accelerated pace into executive level positions.
