    Position: Administrative Assistant

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and maintaining an overview of the work of the Country Manager’s office to ensure that timely administrative support is provided.
  • Providing support for the Country Manager & the Technical Director, acting as their first point of contact with people from inside and outside the organization. Also setting up appointments, reminders and preparing materials for meetings, conferences and keeping the records of procedures.
  • Managing all critical communications and documentation to and from the offices of the Country Manager & the Technical Director. Drafting and dispatching routine correspondence/letters as assigned.
  • Effectively manage relationships with existing customers and assist with postsales activities.
  •   Support operational reporting needs. This would include support for weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboard  and scorecard reporting as well as standard day to day reporting needs. 
       Ensuring vehicles, utilities, deliveries, maintenance, office supplies & equipments are properly handled. 
       Coordinating the various service units & maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow, documents and computerbased information.
