  • Monitor Revenue, Churn, Customer Behaviors main business KPIs
  • Highlight main business KPIs trends, impact, and recommend necessary improvement based on the available tools such as the BI, Revenue Portal, traffic, revenue, etc…

  • Ensure the support to the Board Presentation, finance reporting, external reporting, etc….
  • Build data Mart and business intelligence unit that is capable of transforming data into meaningful information that support the organization and the department strategic initiatives
  • Carry out traffic analyses and price sensitivity studies
  • Monitor the pricing portfolio performance and profitability in accordance with the budget and target
  • Complete Customer and Market Understanding needs in terms of consumption, needs, and affordability at all levels and recommend necessary improvements
  • Perform profitable analysis at all level of customer and market needs including competition offering in coordination with the Research team and  recommend necessary improvements
  • Build a reporting system through the Datamart and Data Warehouse in coordination with IT department that is efficient and ensure accurate and on time information delivery data. Construct a monthly dashboard with the main customer value drivers
  • Ensure to implement a system to monitor, report, and recommend necessary improvement for initiatives launched in relation with the strategic initiates and meeting the financial targets and the main KPIs of the company that are related to the marketing department
