engineers to meet all service needs for multiple customers residential,
business, and governmental over exchanges in Northwest Oregon with
a multimillion dollar budget. I was responsible for the review and
approval of all engineering work orders for accuracy and business necessity.
My team engineered the first fibertothepremise FTTP deployment
for the Portland Metropolitan area. This network was designed to provide
voice, video, and super high speed MB Internet to a wide customer
base. In addition, designed and maintained the existing copper network
while systematically evaluating areas of the network for fiber upgrades
in a cost effective manner. I also served as the focal point between
operations, engineering, facilities, maintenance, and sales to ensure
the network was being built in a cost effective manner while providing
