• Quality testing of new applications in order to check that it meets the
Debug switches at core software levels and coordinate with GPS and the customer
on issue resolution.
Includes monitoring logs/OMs, provisioning SS messages, and interworking
with other platforms such as SDM/CBM and BSSM.
Maintain strong customer communication during the implementation of solutions.
Author of emergency customer advisory bulletins as needed.
Continuously earned strong performance evaluations, with emphasis on attention
to detail, technical knowledge, and both honesty and professionalism in dealing
with the customer.
