    Job responsibilities:

  • Update and monitor Training Database related to training Local & Abroad.
  • Receive Training Requisitions from all departments regarding any needed training.
  • Liaise with the Finance and Administration Departments in processing traveling documentations
  • Liaise with the traveling executive in HR in relation to employee traveling for training.
  • Coordinate and negotiate training courses and facilities with international training centers and organizations.
  • Liaise with the Legal Coordinator in signing the required legal documentation for training contracts.
  • Implement the training policy and control international and local training documentations and archiving.
  • Assist Training Specialist in implementing the training plan.
  • Ensure updated and comprehensive training personnel files for all staff.
  • Assist in training locally organized and work closely with other training coordinators in any domestic and internal training courses conducted on site
  • Prepare the required input to be included in the HR Monthly Report.
  • Other functions related to the position as required by the line manager.

    Job responsibilities:

  • In charge of the Normal, Normal and Post Transfer client types.
  • Manage, direct and control specified tasks in order to accomplish stated goals.
  • Establish and implement short and longrange organizational goals, objectives, policies and action plans and procedures; monitor and evaluate performance and effectiveness.
  • Utilize the automated system to get required information and provide reports to superiors.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other units for getting some tasks done.
  • Monitor the CCBS autosuspension and release, spotting out any problem and wrong actions, such as that problem that happens when generating every month’s bill, contacting the ITBilling after reporting these problems to my superiors.
  • Observe unauthorized actions made by other units’ executives such releasing unpaid bills lines, adding wrong services or changing Tariff Plan for the lines under the types that I am in charge of.
  • Generating Credit limit Report for my types twice a day, checking and spotting wrong and fraud Credit Limit changes, modifying according to the deposit amount and emailing the persons who made such fraud actions.
  • Credit Limit Report to find out if any lines exceed the limit with no action taken by the CCBS.
  • Generate the Balance Report in a daily basis for getting statistics when needed.
  • Generate a Deposit and Refund report to check changing of the deposit amount.
  • Prepare and send the SMS Notifications to the regular payment types’ clients.
  • Release the fully paid Suspended> lines.
  • Checking lines’ accounts when suspecting problems or receiving complaints and forwarding them to the responsible units to take the needed action.
  • Prepare and send weekly, monthly and annual reports, and when needed, to our superiors.
