  • From Sep. till present over three years working for ,The Biggest GSM Company in Syria, leading the Syrian Mobile Telecommunication market since , and I have been assigned in two functions as HR Recruitment & Manpower Planning Specialist and HR Organizational Development Specialist, hereunder the details :
  • Sep. à May. & From May. à Till now: HR Recruitment & Manpower Planning Specialist, started As HR Support  Representative à Recruitment Representative and then promoted to be Recruitment Coordinator Specialist after about  one year, and my job includes the following tasks:
  • Check the Manpower Requisition forms’ data referring the departments approved budget, Org chart, and job description on a timely manner.
  • Assess internal and external candidates and complete the interview assessment form accordingly.
  • Review and verify potential candidates’ profiles in governorates based on regional staff recommendation before final approval.
  • Update candidates’ profiles on HRIS on regular basis.
  • Submit resumes of candidates who passed the HR interview to the requesting Department for technical interview and follow up the results.
  • Negotiate the candidates, give the employment offer, and request required documents.
  • Conduct candidates’ reference check for entry and coordinator levels.
  • Activate new recruits on HRIS as per approved documents and assigned salary.
  • Coordinate with concerned parties concerning employees’ starting date and set the date accordingly.
  • Notify concerned parties with new employees’ starting date to take necessary action.

  • Coordinate wit local/external training centers to deliver required training based on the appropriate standards and to receive updated course list with detailed description and outlines.
