objectives by performing market research activities
Planning and organizing
market research project by designing questionnaires and select sample
groups to survey
Conduct primary
and secondary research
Conduct focus group
and mystery shopper survey and prepare questions guide line also work
as a moderator in FG

In depth coordinate
with the Research agencies such as IPSOSS – Ac Nilson
– Dashboard – SWAT etc…… brief, Manage and follow up, proposal

negotiation, time framework agency payment and final presentation approval
to support research initiatives
Lead quantitative
and qualitative market research and competitor analysis efforts including
strategy, services, price and deployment; disseminate results as required
Developing creative
solutions to research needs using qualitative and quantitative research
techniques.
Drive and participate
in market research activity to supply demand forecasts and disseminate
information to relevant sections and departments
Inform other department
about market needs based on relevant market and competitor research
