Position: Online Propositions Manager
I am responsible for the commercial running of Online on a day to day basis, leading and developing all online
acquisition activity. I devise, develop, implement and analyze campaigns to drive traffic to o.ie. I am collaborating
across Product Development and Marketing Communications teams to create dedicated online products and offers,
optimizing online content and functionality for navigation, order flow, look and feel, and SEO. I am working closely with
teams of designers, developers, writers, agencies and other vendors, compiling, analyzing and distributing relevant

services BB & BC campaigns as well as for reducing the level of customer churn and increasing product
penetration through cross selling and up selling campaigns. I was developing all promotional Channel Plans for both
Business and Consumer retailers’ network as well as all POP & web material. I was managing the corporate & the
company’s product sites and was supervising the merchandising of SME customers’ sites. I was also managing all
Indirect Sales through Retail Chains Germanos, Multirama, Media Markt, Fnac & Dixons and Telesales / Call Centers

I was responsible for all Above & Belowtheline activities for mobile & residential phones, the launching of new
products and training of the sales network. I was developing and implementing events for dealers’ network on an
annual basis as well as incentives plans for retail sales force . I was also planning & implementing communication
plans for sponsorships i.e. SKI RACESResort of Karpenisi/, BEACH VOLLEY CUP etc.
I was running the merchandising and mystery shopping programmes initially through an external partner and since
beginning of through an inhouse merchandising team. I managed a two direct reports team.
• Launch of the first prepaid mobile phone with WIND TELESTET at the time in that led to a %
increase of sales for ALCATEL mobile phones.
• Introduced innovative sales incentives based on a member get member scheme for the
COSMOTE retail sales force during the launch of the new Dual Band Alcatel phones and
within the first month , phones were sold.
• Acquired the best dealers’ network event award in by Hellenic Marketing Association for the Paintball

Position: Sales Manager / Marketing & PR Manager since December
Initial responsibilities were the sales and merchandising of products to the dealers network through a team of two
salespeople & two merchandisers. Since December ’ I was responsible for the selection and development of
SWATCH shops throughout Greece as well as the creation and development of SWATCH Collectors Club & planning
and implementation of special eventspresentations for each collection twice a year.
• Development and launch of the first themed SWATCH Shop in Europe in Mykonos. The
shop was staged as an old monastery and became a touristic attraction in the island with
annual sales of more than , watches three months peak season.
• Development of a SWATCH corner in the most popular restaurant bar of the busiest Ski Resort in Greece
