• Sales figures and customer orientation
• Handle and follow up all unresolved inquiries and complaints.
• Provide quick solutions of problems to front liners.
• Provide detailed reports related to all MobileCom centers to the Shop Manager as per request.
• Train employees on any new offers, train new comers on MobileCom applications and systems.
• Assisting team leader on daily opening and closing cash register
• Selling and promoting company’s products services that meets customer’s specific needs.
• Provide proactive solutions to customers projected problems.
• Handle VIPs services requests in coordination with the VIP sales team.
• Provide all after sales services for the customers by contacting potential Customers and making deals
• Arranging the advertisements material according to marketing direction and manuals
• Collecting payments and cash oriented skills.
