Managed all operational responsibilities in Montana, Nevada and Minnesota with complete responsibility for security and safety at all locations. 

  • Shaped strategy for switch office expansion and wireless switch replacement while maintaining services for existing wireless customers.  I involved the primary vendor resources to test major hardware replacement, allowing the transfer to be nearly seamless and completed without loosing existing subscribers.
  • Developed new policies and procedures for centralized customer service operations in Nevada and Minnesota.  By redistributing budget allocations it allowed me to improve the call center staffing by recruiting stronger applicants and providing training for the department that resulted in higher customer retention and highly improved corporate financial performance.
  • Tighten retail operational security to improve cash management procedures. These improvements led to significant and timely cash flow reporting while providing additional personnel security and accountability.

  • Served as primary “Point of Contact” to clients and vendors for our wireless consulting services.  I created a “build to operate” scenario for each client small “startup” cellular and PCS licensees leading them to a strong cash flow position and strengthening their hands at the time of their sale and exit of the business.
  • Expanded our call center “service bureau” to include prepaid dial around cellular services.  I expanded inbound calls center for hour coverage and managed personnel and projects oncall assignments
  • As project manager I led the efforts for design and construction of a , plus, site network in Texas and Oklahoma including responsibility for all field operations.  I developed a strong business relationship with the vendors and contractors on this project that assisted with my completing the project within budget.
