       Job Role: 

       § Assembling & giving strategic direction to the bid team.

    • Identify bid requirements within % of total tendering time after the arrival of the RFX material and translates it to the team in a easily understandable way to drive bid deliverables.

    • Drive bid strategy through creation of right scoping & structured templates, guidance & criteria towards creation of a professional bid that meets internal & external Customer requirement.

    • Drives technical/commercial aspects of a tender together with the respective leads/groups and if a snag is identified and escalates accordingly.

       § Ensure Risk analysis & Bid quality review.

    • Identify the commercial & technical risks involved in the tender and communicates/escalates to the CTs & SDs and drives for minimizing the risk impact.

    • Follow up day to day activities and do mid point review of deliverables as necessary so that timely good quality response is achieved.

       • Arranging red teaming for the key deliverables to ensure consistency of the bid.

       § Coordination of Bid Approval process

       • Coordinates the approval process for LoA & SWF as necessary.

    • Drives/coordinates Business case approval process for LoA in case some of the activities in bid schedule/worksplit has to be generated beforehand and set priorities for team accordingly.

    § Third party offer management in case our total solution towards customer involves rd party elements or we team up with some System Integrators for their bidding.

       • Initiating & supervising the bid production with the help of Customer Team CT so that right quality of hard & soft copy of tender response is delivered in right number.

  • Inspired a business development Account team Tata in India in a newly merged Nokia Siemens Networks having team members of different mindset, communicating / working style of legacy organizations ex Nokia Networks & ex Siemens COM by not only through professional bid management support, but also thinking out of the box, accepting additional responsibility and introducing flexible working style and ensuring right deliverables at right time that eventually resulted in highest new business win in M USD for Subregion India. As part of recognition, I received merit of award excellence from Tata Customer Team.
  • Worked with nd largest established Account DTAC, then Red Account in Thailand in mid under extreme high expectation from local as well as from Telenor CBT team to successfully close G deal M USD+ & frame contract , and a few small bids like messaging & eRefill to keep market share % intact.
  •         Successfully closed M USD system expansion deal for Teletalk in Bangladesh in .  

    System Marketing Manager, Nokia Networks Dhaka, Bangladesh

       Led technical sales team to manage M USD Warid Account, the newest GSM operator in Bangladesh Market during .

       Drive technical discussion & solution with Customer for sales argumentation with clear customer value and benefits for Warid and 

       other business development accounts in Bangladesh.  

       Selected Accomplishments:


     Led a team comprising Radio Sales, Planning & Care professionals & engineers for BSS trial project to demonstrate Nokia Smart Radio Concept SRC for extended coverage test in Banglalink BSS Network and securing top position in customer’s evaluation among other vendors like Ericsson, Huawei, Siemens & Alcatel. Shortly after the successful trial, the new Joint Venture organization formed with the name Nokia Siemens Networks and the business retained with Banglalink with ex Siemens Radio equipments.


       Deputy Manager – Integrated Network Planning, Grameenphone Ltd. Bangladesh   

    Job Role:

    § MSC/BSC connectivity & LAC plan for roll out new sites.

    § Prepare Rehoming plan of existing Base Stations for load balancing into the network to meet peak hour Core & Radio KPI requirement.

    § Determine growth factor for the switching zones on the basis of Marketing forecast and current network usage for consistency and contingency in the Radio and Core Network roll out.

    § Analyze Marketing Subscriber acquisition, new service launch or promotion related capacity impact on the network and provide feedback report to Marketing on regular monthly and on need basis.

    § Feasibility study of RBSC, MSC and other Core & Service Node location selection from switching zone, traffic volume, TX availability and O&M point of view.

    § Compile Network Investment capitalization for Technical division quarterly and reconcile with the Company investment target and prepare management report accordingly.
