to project, coordinate teams activities, secure equipment availability
according to set plan and monitor progress of project. The scope covered
structures safety check, complete power systems swap out and upgrades
and swap of existing telecom equipment.
BTS rollout, Leading
and facilitating the work of a committee of commercial and technical
teams aiming at addressing commercial inputs into rollout plan, setting
the rollout plan and follow up on progress, the committee also address
changes to plans, corporate sites progress, roaming sites and other
special projects and issues impacting progress of rollout plan.

In alignment with company acquisition plans and in order to secure the

team, agree master plan with all stakeholders and follow up on progress

Global Supply Chain Management, was responsible for reviewing all orders
issued to Ericsson to ensure the compliance with Global Terms and Conditions
and resolving conflicts with Ericsson in this regard. Program Support

and the local Ericsson Company under the umbrella of global agreement
