    Work Description Outsourcing Suppliers, Contractors & Consultants for different Projects

  • Sourcing the potential suppliers/subcontractors for all kinds of outsourcing equipment/works.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors/suppliers for the lower cost, best quality, and favorable payment terms and on time delivery of material/works.
  • Review and analyze the technical, commercial and legal aspects of subcontracts agreements.
  • Review and analyze the work scheduled and methodologies submitted by the subcontractors.
  • Assure that project procurement is done on schedule and at optimum cost.
  • Carrying out the preliminary survey for the availability of the required material with the local & foreign sources and to assess their capability to meet the requirement within the specified time.
  • Coordinate with other departments to work out the exact type/quantities of material required to ensure smooth & timely procurement process.

    Work Description Coordination with Subcontract Office, Consultant, Client, Erection Supervisor, Warehouse, Purchase Office and Technical Office

  • Maintaining the Database and Ordering Status of all the Permanent Material Civil/ Electrical/Mechanical already consumed and to be procured to complete the Project.
  • Conducting correspondence related to Permanent Material, with the Consultant Pakistan Hydro Consultant & Client WAPDA.
  • Identifying, evaluating and preparing database of vendors & subcontractors related to electromechanical and civil works.
  • Coordinate with quality assurance department in carrying out the quality audits to evaluate the sources/suppliers in order to assess their capability.
  • Coordinate with other departments to work out the exact type/quantities of material required to ensure smooth & timely procurement process.
