ture. This resulted in two new sales contracts and put an end to one of our
competitors’ exclusive salesagreements with Movistar for one country in the

Developed strong relationships with Movistar’s senior level commercial and
technical organizations. This resulted in a clear articulation of strategic objec
tives, optimization of Nokia’s marketing and technical resources for executing
strategies, and shaping the highest ever recorded customer satisfaction index.
