    Role:

  • Overseeing the entire financial activities of the Airlines, Maritime, River Transport and Travel business in accordance with the Corporate Financial policies of the company and local legislation.
  • Providing critical financial appraisals on new investment to the management; responsible for the negotiation of Financing & leasing of the aircrafts.
  • Managing and controlling finance activities of the airline which include authorizing, evaluating and implementing corporate finance decision in areas covering Revenue, Receivables, Payables, Cash/ Banking, Payroll and General Ledger.
