> Checking of Account Documentation and ensuring correctness, handling queries relating to account openings,
> Checking for correctness and ensuring that the process is followed in all the Loan files disbursed.
> Monitoring of Internal Services activities, which includes checking of voucher and ensuring that the process is
> Monitoring of Logistics department and handling Logistics activities like cash pickup, cash delivery, DD delivery
> Monitoring of Safe Custody documents such as documents given by the customer at the time of loan
disbursement, internal system passwords etc.
> Learning of new systems in the bank, handling them and helping colleagues.
> Delivering the best Service Quality to the customers both internal and external customers.
> Handling of all the units in Service Delivery Account Services, Clearing, Internal Services, Safe custody and
Logistics Unit and also handling unit of staff members by motivating them and encourage them to work and
get the best out of them, which enables smooth running of the Unit.
> Also conducting sessions on circulars, which updates the knowledge of the staff members, every fortnightly.
