Sales and Marketing of full range of Phoenix Contact products in the Philippines and
other assigned territory.
Ensure maximum effectiveness of territory coverage and synergy of effort by working
closely with the following:
. The Philippines Branch office
. The current and new distribution channels
. The SEA regional HQ especially the Regional Sales Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Developing and meeting Sales Target for the territory in question
Calling all new costumers to generate a new sales and new costumer base
Service existing customers in assigned territory Geographical, Industrial and or
Manage Sales Engineers and Account Executives, develop, identify and grow
Channels with territory.
Provide costumer, channels and employee with products Training/Update when
Provide quotations, solution and answers the customers enquiries
Negotiate and liaise with costumer an prices, contracts etc…
Maintain the costumer Database on Microsoft outlook
Provide marketing support when necessary eg. Trade shows, products Launches etc..
Provide Monthly or when necessary Sales Forecast and Territory/Sales on assigned
territory in a timely manners.
Function as team player of the Sales and Office team
Develop a Business Plan for Area of Responsibility including P&L and implement
